Support problem code 36

Hello ,impossible to play, server constantly overloaded
nothing works correctly anymore, since this morning it's been impossible to play, as soon as I want to make a map I end up with code 36, premium running and no refund
why not tell the truth, your servers have been outdated for a long time, and the fact that Asian players can access the games more easily clogs up the servers

 

Because of this error, I cannot switch from the map I am on to another map. You should invest in servers!
"If quality decreases, demand decreases"

 

any news about the error 36 ? we lose our money to buy adernand in order to take the gun from the anniversary event and finally we can not enter in map!! no any news no any information...what is that?? extend both of event also anniversary also adermad event in order to finish it from all the players who try all day today because is your fault. we play that game from the beginning and for some reason the last years became very very bad . keep in your mind that premium running for all the years and no refund nothing at all for all of your fails. i'm waiting one answer.

 

This is my 5th complain about error 36 today, stuck in Anniversary ship location.
I have spend a lot of money buying premiums, to receive this all day. Unacceptable.

I am not able to log in at all, could we fix that or I need to post on Facebook as well.

We are waiting on a fix, however as we all know we have some free time during weekends when we can play, my time of window has vanished looking at error 36 code all day.

I am not sure how I would continue playing the game and support the team, while I know I grind a lot for this event and I will not be able to even use my entries and piniatas.

Event is over soon, hopefully we would have increase of the event at least.

We are able to log in to the server. The event is over, do we have some news if we gonna get compensate.
I need to wait to next year to use what I have earn through grinding?

I'm not sure what server you guys play on..but Tegan has had absolutely no login, event map, or any error..for the entire Event.. at least my play time I haven't experienced anything..I just wish they hadn't pushed the Ghost event a entire extra week away..

 

Im on Tegan and keep getting Error: 37. Cant create map
