Account Frozen While Making a Purchase

    Hello friends, I have been playing the game for a long time and I am someone who deposits money into the game every month.
    I went in again this evening to buy a few crates. I always pay with E-pin, but when I suddenly say "use E-pin", first the system error and then,
    I came across a message saying the account was frozen.
    There are no cheats etc. in the game. I haven't used anything. Has anyone encountered this problem before and found a solution?
    I wrote to support and I'm waiting for an answer. I hope I don't encounter anything ridiculous.​

    I pay 3 monts premium and didt get anything but they used money. Support say dev will fix that premium error. Bicause i use over 5000days.and my acc was block of premium. So i should try by but error.
