i'm trying to by premium for one month but it gets to security check and all it does it load?

Are you trying to access the shop from the Server? Most players can not access the shop for cash buys from the server. We have to log on to the Drakensang online official website to use a credit card.

Log on to the server like you do to play the game. Then go to your web browser and log on to the Drakensang online website. There is a tab that says shop.

Well I should say that is for USA players. Not sure what country you are in. Varies from what country you are in different banking rules.

Also buyer beware. Premium is not a one time deal. If you buy premium you are buying a membership your credit card will be charged again when premium expires. To prevent being charged every time premium expires you need to go to the website shop and delete and cancel your membership before it is up for renewal.

Again I am in the USA. If you are in a different country then I am, ask around try and find some players that are in the same country you are in. Ask them how they do premium.

Also if you are using a credit card if I were you I would call the credit card company first. Tell them what you are doing. Ask what the rules are for overseas and or international charges. If your credit card company refuses payment. Bigpoint will lock your account till they get their money. Even if it was a banking law and you had nothing to do with it.
