where did you collect them? from mobs or there are trees like hagastove?
and they serve for recipes in Kinghills on the new workbench

Everything is the same as in the grottoes, you can collect it once per visit...

Sorry but you can specify where you collect the new ingredients because there is nothing to mark on the map as was done for Hagastove. I collected 2 items from the bosses with the red name. Maybe they're in blood because I didn't see anything in mercy.

Explain to me the value of the Rampaging Worms mini-events within the Infested Sewers of Kingshill event?

Most efficient if you run Bloodshed; 95 progress per run means you need 16 runs to complete.

Assuming it takes on average ~3 drills per run to find the worm on the given map, that's 47 drills per mini-event. You can buy drills from Grima at 5 drills per 75 draken, or 15 draken per drill ... but you can make that specific purchase only 4 times = total 20 drills.

So, via Grima, you can buy only ~1/3 of the number of drills you need to complete one mini-event, meaning you have to buy drills for Andermant (bought in bulk, 18 Andermant per drill).

What do you get in return? 1,000 Draken, 2 Dragon Bones, and a buff for your sewer runs.

    Pathetic.

    Hello,
indeed it's pathetic but there is another way to obtain the drills: farming the worm in bloodsheed, I obtained more than 300 drills in 100 runs. It takes a little time but it saves on anders. Personally, I don't do these mini events because the rewards are useless

The Rampaging Worms used to drop the materials to make the Neck piece for the Toxic jem not to damage you.. but those materials was removed a few years back and added to Grima for drakens.. so really the mini events are pointless now.. but with the Dogtag buff you can buy from Grima X5 you can complete the entire event in 3 hours that is if you're running Bloodshed.. it took me from 5pm- 7.47pm to finish the 5 progress bars.. but that's very fast runs..maybe 2-3min in each run.. also that's with Ranger-897K damg..

I did not combine this comment with my previous comment as it's in regard to a separate issue I have with the Infested Sewers event:

Drop rates of Sewer Keys are unconscionably low.
    • Bloodshed -- ~1150 mob kills (including various Guardian through Sentinel special mobs) in the Great Desert yielded 4 drops (16 keys each), or 0.3%
    • Merciless -- ~300 Great Desert mob kills yielded 1 drop (12 keys), or, again 0.3% drop rate per kill
    • Excruciating -- 900 Great Desert mob kills yielded 2 drops (2 keys each), or 0.2% drop rate per kill
    Another pay to play event.

(You can buy keys for 77 Andermant each [unless you buy the 10-key bulk item, but that's more expensive at 774 Andermant for 10]. If you don't drop any Sewer Keys at all, you can buy all you need for ... nearly 334,000 Andermant! Or you can refuse to play it for a couple of years and gradually accumulate enough keys from general dungeon grinding to finally run the event for "free." If you play the Sewer Under the Castle on Bloodshed with the 50% drop-rate buff active, you >only< need 72 Valves and 4,271 Sewer Keys. This assumes you're at least as quick as @-dravin- and complete ~30 runs an hour. Of course, that doesn't include the entry costs for the sub-event, Toxic Fumes.)

LoL.. well as far as the sewer keys are concerned you get 30 keys per Boss kill on Bloodshed.. not sure what other mods drop.. been playing since BETA and have accumulated 23K sewer Keys.. so I don't really know the mathematical numbers.. I just know how long it took me to complete.. but most veterans like myself we finish most event bars in a few hours.. and yes all events have a P2W mechanic to them it's Drakensang been this way going over 6 years.. if you don't want to or don't have the time to grind the materials for 3-5 hours then you just buy.. I myself am retired and have all the the time in the world to just enjoy playing..

The pet RAT KING is a joke. I get it today and i farmed 2 hours in mercy in sewer's maps and when i have opened lumps of dirt (mobs give lump when you take rat king) there was only grey, green and blue stuffs and small gems ... useless pet :(

yeah, I'm venting a bit ... however, the drop mechanism is definitely off. I've been back-filling a few PVE season positions this morning by running PW Infernal dungeons, which are supposed to drop 10 Sewer Keys at a time. Instead, I've seen a half-dozen single key drops, and only one at the full promised 10 key bundle.

By "30 keys per Boss kill on Bloodshed," do you mean from the final boss worm in the Sewers Under the Castle? I'll double check my results in there, but that's still only a 50% reduction of the entry fee if it dropped every time.

In the meantime, I've played 2 hours (edited from 4 ... I forgot that I was on test server 2 hours yesterday, not live server) in various PW and scaling natural world dungeons since the event began, and have dropped a total of 141 Sewer Keys. At that rate, if I was starting from scratch, I'd need to grind 61.5 hours in order to drop enough keys for the main event (or "only" 30.75 hours if the boss worm truly drops 30 keys every time). not 3-5. (In reality, I've saved up ~4,000 keys, so just need a little incidental key grind before I burn the 5 purchasable buffs.)

Of course, I may just have reallllly bad RNG luck ... curious to hear about other player's experience with that part of the event grind.

Yes that's from the Big Worm Boss he drops 30 each time 10 per drop X3(CORRECTION BOSS drops 60 each drop 20 per drop 2-3X and 40 if he drops the Drills).. On Bloodshed..

This Infested Sewers event is just way too tedious, especially for the rewards. I finished the first bar & called it quits since it's just not worth it at all. The amount of dog tags dropped really need to be increased. I don't know how many Merciless runs I did and got less than 20 tags/run & that's crazy. Even IF we get 40 tags/run, that's 100 runs just to complete the first bar, but it took a lot more than that which takes all the fun out of it.

I'd be fine with the rewards if the tags dropped are increased by a good amount.

I do like that there's a variety of boards to play, but that's about it, lol. It's just too bad it's not fun with the amount of grinding required.

I dropped quite a lot from the Great Desert, mostly doing Merciless runs during the days with 2x Wisdom drops. I can't say exactly how many since I didn't keep track, but it was a good amount. I play on Agathon, but would imagine drop rates would be the same across all servers.

I didn't particularly like this even because I did a lot of sewer runs on Merciless that dropped less than 20 tags total & 40'ish was generally the max amount, so that feels off to me. I have ~2500 keys saved up now, but unless the drop rates are changed in future events they'll just sit there since I won't do this one again.

I just ran The Great Desert for about an hour because I wanted to post a more accurate account on the amounts I dropped each time, but I only got 2 drops with 1 key each. I'm almost positive I was dropping multiple keys with each drop before tonight & more often, so that's really weird.

Reconsider the concept of the event by map:

Sewer beneath the Fairground is an introductory map, mainly intended to get your feet wet. Finish the couple quick quests in two runs, then play it sporadically to farm a couple of ingredients (see next two dungeons); however, iirc, the piggies in the next two dungeons can drop the two Sewer beneath the Fairground ingredients, so you may be able to eliminate this dungeon from your grind routine. The Dogtag drops are incidental, don't really provide much value / substantial progress toward the main event reward bars.

Sewers beneath the Harbor and Sewers beneath the Crypt of Kings drop several ingredients each that you use to craft event essence or the key (Valve of the Castle's Sewer) for the next dungeon, Sewers beneath the Castle. Again, you'll drop some event progress Dogtags, but that progress is only slightly more relevant than the pitiful progress dropped in Sewers beneath the Fairgrounds.

Sewers beneath the Castle. This is the worm room and your primary source of progress drops. Depending on difficulty and whether you're running this dungeon with the buff active, you'll drop between 36 (Normal mode without the buff) and 805/806 (Bloodshed with the buff active) Dogtags each run. Grinding at Normal difficulty requires ~1,615 runs to complete all 5 bars; running at Bloodshed with the buff active requires "only" 72 boss worm kills to finish the main event.

I've never had the stomach to grind the sub-event, Toxic Fumes, so haven't bothered to calculate run requirements. But you'll need to grind more keys in order to grind the earlier dungeons to gather more ingredients to craft more event essence, and a gazillion more keys to enter the Abandoned Sewer Passage, kill stuff, grab progress Dogtags from dead bodies, then kill the boss. This is definitely a masochistic grind sub-event within a masochist grind main event.

EDIT: If the progress in Toxic Fumes comes solely from the dead 6 bodies you touch, you'll need between 180 runs (on Normal) to "only" 51 runs (on Bloodshed with a buff active) to complete this mini-event ... plus the extra key and ingredient grind mentioned above.

I finished Toxic Fumes on bloodshed in 11 rounds in 1,5 hour. At the start, i used a buff that i had not received from the event pass earlier and opened all amphorae on the map. Progress drops from 6 bodies, boss and amphorae.

It's more masochism to prepare a ticket for this challenge :)
