New Moon -- event works reasonably well, with the exception of the event quests.

Two issues:

1. The quests give way too little reward ... 5 fairy fire against a 15,000 fairy fire progress bar?
2. The 2nd quest in the 2 part quest that you receive form the NPC near the entrance to the map has such a high item drop requirement versus drop rate that I typically finish the progress bar before completing that quest

I admit that I still activate that request as it allows me to quick check if I've missed any pockets of mobs around the map via quest guidance, but it's meaningless from an event completion perspective.

For end-gamers, in general, the progress bar rewards are ... meh, especially once you've got your runes all maxed out, so no longer need the final reward, the rune of enhancement. It does provide some easy draken if you value that currency, but without a freshened reward list, I suspect most end-gamers don't bother running it at all.

I look at progres bars and see rewards I have never seen in my life. Love it!

I wish you guys would consider making events back to back so that we Vets have something to do.. we don't need any down time in-between events . When there is no event there is no need to play.. we now have 5 entire days without any events.. sad how far the game has fallen in the last 5 years.. it's still fun to play but only when event is active any other time it's a log in collect daily log out .

 

Even then. Rewards in those bars have zero meaning / usage or whatever to me. If they want vets to play this game, they have to either fix PVP and/or comeup with complete new events + rewards. (and not like the ancient weirdo event that costs 1k-10k ander for an entry)

 

I'm not a PvP type of player so it can stay dead.. but true the items are of no use.. but I still enjoy the event grind and all the events.. as a player that's been here for the 12 years it doesn't matter to me about what's in the event bars because there really isn't nothing they could add that would benefit my character at this point other than Andermants and they add those quite often.. just more events would do me just fine . I only play this when a event is active anyways.. I don't see anything changing for DSO definitely since there making tons of money from new players . If anything they will start adding more events that's similar to the recent one that took anders to complete.. and I'm OK with that also.. if it's a new event I'm going to try no matter if it takes Andermants to play it or not . It's all in good fun...

Anniversary Event:
Positive points:
are on the way to improving things. The initiative with this event was good. but...
Demerits:
1- There is no tutorial on how to proceed with the new event bar.
2 - Some issues are linked to others to unfold. Why do we have to wait for a mini event to continue the question?
3 - Pinata de Mortis there should be other ways to buy besides crystals of truth, drakens for example.
4 - The amount of items per round is still negligible per level.
5 - The probability of getting the weapon of the event remains terrible.
The birthday is yours, but the gift should be ours. However it is not. There is no forum, tutorial or walkthrough of the event. It's new, how can you fulfill the issues? Some players who have monetary power are already waiting for the Dwarven Mini Event to continue the race after Mortis' piñatas.
The old problem of lag and elastic effect when we are at large events continues. There is no point in making improvements to the prizes and leaving the technical part of the game to the flies.

a lot of life. I used essence that deals 600% damage and the health didn't even move, it took me 7 minutes to finish the round. In fact, the use of essence should be reviewed. I changed it to Normnal Gray Essence and the damage was the same in the 2nd round. So what's the advantage of having a 600% damage essence if in some events it doesn't work. The same happened and with me in the Great Hunter event, in the boss arena it didn't take life from the boss taking forever to finish the race.
You must remember that this is fun. If it's for me to get angry, I don't go down to the playground. remember that. I agree that the birthday gun should not be a common item that everyone owns, otherwise what is its value? However, the weapon's attributes don't seem to work after we craft it, trade, damage, or attack speed.
The weapon seems to be downgraded. The same thing happens with the Enhanced Spring Runes and the Summer Sostice Rune. Stats do not seem to work once equipped on the character. The Wolf Stone, this one without comments. so many wolves appear that only hinder us than help. They should attack the enemy and not stand in front of us. So I ask: why pay for a game that doesn't give me a return for what I spend on it?

 

This is the way the game has been for the last 5 years.. and unfortunately nothing is going to change.. the new devs are making to much money to worry about a few bugs or items that never drop.. it's more about how many chests and pay items the devs can add to the shop because they already know the new players are going to pay to play.. it's not about whether the game is fun to play.. it's about how much money are you willing to pay.. as players we just have to accept what the game has become or just quit.. I have only tried 7 times for the Anniversary weapon but as always nothing so far this year.. and if it doesn't I'm ok with that .. will just try next year..

 

Hi, today when i loged in the game before deciding what server i received a messages from DSO saying there are new rules about this game or something si gonna change about conditions but, can someboy tell me if it's only about ways of payment etc or it is something that affect to us all? cos there was a link i have not read it

it is shameful to change the bars and I am talking about the penultimate new one with mortis so to speak and not giving information that you enter alone even if you are in a group and which is very difficult; but what event is it? Drakensang's birthday PARTY or the nightmare of some creator who, instead of entertaining his customers, makes them run away and never say dso again? but do you know what marketing is? it's about gratifying your customers, not kicking them out. disappointed very disappointed yet another disgrace from the developers

 

You can click the appropriate Country flag at the top to change languages, but it's like all other ToS in that you'll likely get a headache trying to read/decipher it all.

 

I don't like how you (the devs) snuck in a reduction to the drop rate for cake ingredients with the maintenance this morning. I see a huge difference from before maintenance drops & after maintenance drops. You could at least own it & be up front about it.

 

This is a know issue, but when will become frenzy arena a grup map ?
Is not possible to be a solo map and low player, new players, can't pass this bar...

 

Nice 3 "maintenances" in 3 days.... good.

Neither of the inventory expansion boxes dropped on Soul Frenzy, as they did on all the other bars. My guess is rather than boxes that can be used to upgrade the expansion on your lesser alts these were thrown away by being automatically attempted to upgrade my long ago max upgraded storage

 

Maybe a 4th maintenance day is coming hahaha.
