    I have had this quest for awhile now and have no clue how to finish it. I have looked all over and found no info about it. Anyone with a little help here?

    I tried to search for information on how to complete this quest and I couldn't find anything, not even a video guide.
    Try asking directly in-game.

    So, I went to Taiwall Dail and activated quest guidance. It indicated a lvl 76 character named Fionn who I cannot interact with. SInce I am only lvl 71 I am guessing I will have to get to 76 in order to talk to the guy
