Support what the actual what why???

    Trying to log in today, and instead of being able to log in as my level 80 spellweaver I'm getting this screen:

    I... I'm pretty sure I already have a character, I've been playing for a couple months now, WHAT IS HAPPENING? please please please tell me the game didn't somehow delete my account

    Hi @Jaeshaala

    maybe i'm wrong but could it be that you coneected to an another server? a wrong one where you don't have your characters? It's an option. Just in case it doesn't work you should contact to support

    No, it's the US East Agathon server.

    also there used to be a checkmark by the EU server because one time I clicked on it by accident. the checkmark is gone.

    edit: I did contact support, but the form said they needed my username and user ID in order to help, and I'm not sure what the difference is, so I just put down "jaeshaala" for both lines and i don't know if that means it won't work

    also if they're off for christmas early then even if they help me I'll still miss the rest of the event. they're off for "holidays" but I don't know how long they take off

    The ID num is when you connect to this forum you must log in so once inside up at the write corner you'll see you nickname and ID num that's the one you've been asked for.

    Nop, when you log in in:https://www.drakensang.com/en up at the right corner there's LOG IN where you put username and password once you log in at the same corner appears ID num.

    Your ID appears in the main page https://www.drakensang.com/en/ in the top right corner, after you log in.

    As @Lambrusco and @salotr indicated, you need to log into your account, and then send your inquiry to Support Team - this assures they have all the account information they need in order to assist you.

    It's understandable, but you have to try not to stress more.
    Take this situation as a bad experience not to be repeated again.

    I mean, I can't keep from repeating it if I don't know what caused it in the first place.

    (it's been 24 hours, they still haven't gotten back to me...)

    Support doesn't like receiving mails about the same repeating themselves. In the one they aske you for ID number answer it with that info. That's gonna make them know what mail answer to instead of thinking that maybe you are playing with them sending multi mails...

    It's a suggestion nothing else

    Consider that between checking your situation and a possible refund it may take from a few days to a week or more and in any case do not bother you too much.

    Wait quietly, you can be sure that they will answer you.

    Have you considered that maybe someone has discovered your password and deleted the character?

    The plot thickens.

    apparently I can't post quotes from support emails though- not sure what I AM allowed to say about it, but... things still be Weird. At least my character is still in the game, I just can't get to her.

    in the meantime just. whiskeytangofoxtrot is going on.

    Ah Okay I think I finally figured out what the problem was. thank you for the moral support.

    I don't get why it's not possible to make public the content of the messages sent by the support.

    If their way of doing things is transparent and fair, it shouldn't be that way or they don't want it for some reason..............which I would like to know and I think that other players would also like to know especially if they spend money here.

    Anyway, it's a good thing if you've solved it.

    The content of the support replies may be private or may contain personal data, so it's not allowed to copy-paste it anywhere.

    It is understandable not to disclose private data such as email addresses, passwords or payment information, there's no doubt about this.
    Only the object of the problem was thought of, obviously without spreading anything related to the elements already mentioned.
    It's just an opinion.
