ALL CHARACTERS GONE

Hi,

I have a big problem with my account, and it all happened after the game update.
I logged in to the client normally but I'm only offered to create a new character, the andermants in left up spot are still there but the old characters are gone.
My account is old and I don't understand why things like this are happening. I'm not the only one who has had this happen, and these people were offered to choose which character they want to get back (only one).
I find this unacceptable, especially when it's known whose fault it is that the game isn't working. Does anyone know what exactly is happening (I'm not admitting to jokes that everything is fine when we know it's not)?

 

I think maybe u chose the wrong server to play on. Check again.

You should contact DSO support as soon as possible,forum mods can't solve this problem.Are you sure that your username and password are not leaked to someone else? Good luck.

 

Just to be clear: you have logged on and played with these recently? Or did you have a couple year break?

 

Yes, I've played before update. After update acc is without players. I've had 4 players.

Yes I did and still nothing.
Only me and my partner know about username and password.
He also has the same problem, on his acc none of any character.
