Losing 430k andermants after maintenance

i believe the title says it all,but let me be even more clear. i logged in before the server shut down,everything was normal and after some "fix" for the quest 1 day before the end of dtu, my remaining andermants are 0,which i must add i opened 15k cubes 2 days ago and got 180k from that alone.what now???

 

I have the same problem. All my andermants dissapeared after update. What must I do?

 

apparently,the dev team decided to punish us for doing the doom loop quest more than we were supposed to.I sure hope so that they didn't count the chests that were bought,cuz surely i did not collect 860 feathers in 600 runs in bloodshed

 

why are they punishing us, I wrote this error or bug at the same time when I realize. Bu did not know that it was a bug or not. I don't agree with this punishment.

 

Me -180k TM, very nice. Going to city is normal activity during playing a game, so which one of bug?

But a lot of people who have Premium for another 5 years etc. via bug, its OK

I can say this in my defends, maybe this was not unintended and maybe this was the way of take it our andermant.
You know of this bug from first day and fix it in almost the last day, nice trap.

So was 5.000 for each addition I can say you take much more not only that. I know I do this mission in total for maximum 40times, if I will take the 14 days wich I'm allowed to do it let's say it I do it 30 times more then normal is allowed so is 30x 5000 = 150.000 not like 300.000 ++ missing on my account, and don't say to me ..ehh men maybe you do the quest 60-70times because I didn't do it !!! So maybe the true face are 10k pe addition NOT 5k.

And one more thing, to do this quest was necessary our hard work materials collected in the last 2-3years, no one can do this mission if you didn't have those 10, 10 and 10x ingredients. (ingredients from dragan to) so we have our ingredients lost, our times lost, our andermant lost because we use it OUR ingredients to make a few extra chest, BRAVO very nice devs team, you community is so big you can afford to lose some players. so ..... us. you didn't and will don't care, if you did you job good we will not be here today. The moral lesson are, when you don't do your job properly, immediately ask for more time and apologize, and we do few more chest in this case you will immediately punish us, but who will punish you ??! maybe empty server in one day. 30k taken for no reason. Thing is there was no official information that was bug in the game that can be exploited. Like previous person said, nice trap for pepole who had 100k or even more Andermants in their accounts. How to play such a game when devs can take off your
earnins anytime they want. It should be rant but whatever...

 

We can all agree that the quest required some farmed/bought resources, but still check this .

It's a daily quest avaiable only once per day.

It was meant for 1 time only each day as explained in the patchnotes, so it's also clear evidence that completing it more than 1 time each day is wrong.

You may not agree with the Team decision and/or the way they applied it, but the rules are clear.

 

I am sorry but I don't agree with developers. If there was a bug, you could warn us as soon as possible. But there was no warning, there was not any notice. Tomorrow night event is ending. Almost at the end of event you fix the problem and without any warning you are taking back our anders. This is not fair. If you want to be fair, you should fix the bug from the beginning of event, not in the end. Or at least you should send message by e-mail to the players or you could warn about it in the forum. I have been playing this game for almost 13 years. I wish, I hope this kinds of things will not be anymore..

If event lasted 14 days, quest could be done at least 14 times without bug so cleaning and punishing people that did this quest less than total possible amount for event duration is simply unfair. The way you calculated and applied this punishment is illogical.

 

I personally advised some acquaintances to not do it and they didn't care, so it doesn't really work like that. A daily quest is not meant to be done more than once per day, that's it. This quest issue went to far since a very large scale of players did it, and I'm 100% sure that most are not innocent people.

 

Ok then ask game owners and devs if they are sure they are innocent, people spend money on this and then you take their resources because of bugs that you created. This predatory. Goodbye.

Still a note to the devs; This is not the first time you guys manage to screw up a daily quest during an event. Maybe test something for once. These kinda bugs should not be able to make it to a live server...., ever!

 

You sure understand that any game may have development issues, so if a feature has an issue/bug of any sort, nobody has the right to take advantage of it. If you understand this point, then the punishment is deserved. Also money don't have anything to do with a bugged quest, so don't appeal to that, it doesn't make any sense.

 

This DTU is fishing event you are fishing,chest is bait ,we are fish.and bingo got ya harvest on the last day.

 

The only way anyone could actually and really exploit this bug is if they had amassed resources from months/years of playing and possibly spending money to boost those resources (even trough the premium/deluxe). Literally you just proved that investing time and money into this game isn't worth it since at anytime devs can mess up the code, blame you for it and then delete those pixels.

When it comes to customers rights this on the line at the very least, if somebody spent $$$ on andermant and services and the you just zero it because of bug that you created, sure you can say it's deserved it only proves that you need to be challenged on the law, because clearly you believe in superiority here.

You created the bug so at the very least, you should take your mistake into the account. Seriously you created two of the same NPCs and you say any game can have issues like cloned NPCs and unlimited quests, obviously it can. But it's still your product, your code that wasn't tested and your fault the bug existed you can't just blame and punish customers for your mistakes.

How logical is it that players pay for the admins' mistake?

Saying that the devs created doesn't make any sense at all, bugs are not created.

If you invest your money somewhere and steal somewhere else it makes you a thief, and no excuse will prevail. You abused of a daily feature and you say is someone else fault? You're the only one in charge of your account's actions.

 

Congratulations to you, you warned your friends, but the others you don't care, Nothing from BP no warning concerns the bug, I would even say that they let it activate express, is the proof is that you could buy the ingredients without restriction

so if I understand correctly the doom loop quette
was not a repeatable quette, I was taken away 800 k anders, if it was really bug why did I leave it active, I farmed to get the ingredients to validate the quette, I also bought ingredients with draken, and if really this is a user explois why not remove from my account the fangs that give anders, I didn't open the fangs to get anders they are still in my inventory, I find it deplorable on the part of BP, he withdraws 5000 ander per explois very well in this case reimburse me all the draken and ander that I used to buy the ingredients, they remove 5000 anders per use bug ( 80000/5000=160 ) so according to BP I made 160 user bug
really? this takes back 160 x each ingredients x10 (flame, heart, feathers) it's simple 180 drake x10 x160 x3 = 86400 drakens
to sum up, I lose 800k ander, I lose about 60k drake, passing purchases for the circus all this for a bug that comes from BP who didn't do his job properly and that lets the quette bug activate

I've been an active player for more than 12 years if BP wants to close my account (my 5 accounts in all and the one of test server) let him do it
