THE RIDICULOUS SITUATION I HAVE ABOUT BGH SET

Last week I had 4 cloaks and 1 ring then I made a stupid mistake and upgraded 1 ring and 1 cloak to an upgraded ring. After that the set bonus has gone... Now I have 5 cloaks and 1 upgraded ring and I have no set bonus.. I feel so sad and desperate.. I wanted to share this here for you not to fall for a trap like this.. be careful guys

 

The game should give a warning about that when trying to manufacture one of the improved bgh objects, I also almost made the same mistake but then I remembered that in the improved dredge set I improved the helmet and the shoulder pads but not the mantle and I lost the buff of the spheres, you learn from the mistake

 

Very unfortunate for you.. but this is not a trap.. the Dev's have explained this in there BGH walk through that if you upgrade once piece you "DO NOT" get the set bonus from ether set until you have upgraded both pieces.. it's also on the DSO Wiki page.. We must always do our Research..

 

Otherwise it would be too easy, I think it's more than fair for how it is now.

 

You're not alone. I've heard quite some people say they made the same mistake...it sucks. Hope you find another ring this event.

 

Shouldn't there be a guide or suggestions from the developers advising players on the things not to do in order not to find themselves in these situations?

The more you delete or change something, the more likely you are to have problems.
I think it's better to leave everything as it is.
