Support 1000 Andermants wasted

I invested more than 1000 andermants to get a polished ruby and I got nothing.
To get that ruby it was necessary to spend 976 andermants.
So now, who compensates me?

..if so, you prolly made the mistake of not clicking accept after choosing 3 rewards

I did it, I selected the 3 rewards and I confirmed the choices I made.
When I spent the altergems I received only the lowest reward which corresponded to about 150-200 andermants.
For the second reward, which was the one that interested me the most, it was necessary to spend about 1000 andermants and I spent about 1100.

I know how to get these rewards, it's not the first time I've done it but this is the first time I've had this problem.

 

This game is really weird, it runs intermittently, and it always surprises you with equally weird error messages.

Today I used other andermants to get the reward and it worked properly.
I did the same things as the previous time but that time it didn't work.
So, I want my 1109 altergems back.
