Perhaps the moderator went on holiday and,unable to manage the comments,temporarily closed the option to avoid unpleasant surprises upon his return

On September 8, 2025, I wrote to support and informed them that no one can post in the German forum.

On September 9, 2025, I received a response that read something like this.
"Thank you for your report. Our colleagues are looking into the matter and will hopefully find a solution quickly".

On September 11, 2025, I followed up again and wrote that Team Leader Myantha was also online, but apparently couldn't write anything either.

On September 12, 2025, another reply came, the wording of which was something like this. Unfortunately, no one can still post in the German forum, not even the moderators. This is obviously not a comfortable situation, and we have already informed our IT colleagues.
I can only hope that a solution will finally be found.

 

In my opinion only the forum administrator can solve the problem by going to the admin control panel.

The issue has been addressed the same day the forum went down since the DE moderators can't post anything as well.

On September 22, 2025, I wrote to support for the third time.

It's been over two weeks now since anyone has been able to post anything in the German forum. I find it very sad
that there's no solution, and no information for German forum users.

If Bigpoint is no longer interested in the German forum, they should please communicate that clearly.

Every day I try to post something in the forum, and every day I'm disappointed anew.

This is beyond frustrating, and I'm considering giving up on this game after about 10 years.

So I'm asking for a clear answer. Will the German forum return as usual, or will it be quietly shut down?


On September 24, 2025, another reply came, the wording of which was something like this.
As far as we know, the issue with the German forum is supposed to be resolved. However, there
is currently no concrete information on when this will happen.
