    I want to play again but i just found out that my character was not here ? is there a way to restore it ?

    Welcome back then. But here in the forum nobody can help you, neither the moderators nor the players of course.

    The only possibility is to contact the game support in your language, or the English (international) support if the one in your registration language is not available https://www.drakensang.com/en/support

    Well, a while ago the devs deleted accounts that were inactive for a period of time. Thats why your char is gone :)
    You can try contacting support, but I dont think they be able to restore.

    I'm 100% sure they answer: easy to level new char now, havefun playing DSO!

    Damn I feel so sad, they can’t recover it, I have spent my entire childhood playing the game since 2012 and grinded almost everything the game offered :oops::( I don’t know if it’s worth replaying all that ? Is it still possible to get all costume emotes, mount, and pet we had before ? I loved collecting all of them and I mostly had like 90% of all. Would be sad to not being able to get em. Same goes for my beloved jewels and unique item collection… all those good memories are now gone even if the game state is at his lowest I was kinda happy to hop in to play again since now I got free time

    Well the game got allot easier to levelup etc. compared to the early DSO when you started. Mounts/pets/emotes are all still available I think and not hard to get. The new ones are almost all behind a paywall or you need to be extremly lucky dropping it during an event. (dropping them is near impossible...trust me)

    Gems/runes are easy to get. Jewels might be a little harder, specialy if you need some specific ones like the cooldown jewels. Pretty sure they're only in 1 event bar or a 0,00001% to drop in PW rewards chests.


    I think most veteran players would say the game is not worth it anymore, unless you're willing to pull out your wallet. I think if you just want to kill some time and collect stuff....then why not, but don't expect the same game you started 13-14yrs ago :)
