Chinese New Year Event!

Hello everyone,
I created this thread to clarify a few things regarding the current event. More specifically, I would like to know how good the new set actually is, especially for the Dragonknight and Mage classes.
From what I’ve read so far, the set doesn’t seem particularly impressive, especially for Dragonknight (I’ve even heard that the set might be bugged). However, I haven’t been able to find any proper tests, demonstrations, or detailed comparisons.
Also, does anyone know approximately how much Andermant it would cost to obtain the full set? And what are the drop rates in the event map for cosmetics (for example, the Red Dragon mount, the pet, etc.), at least to try to complete the Collector’s Bag?
Does the drop rate increase with higher difficulty levels?

The three parts cost 3 x 9999 = 30,000 Coins.
Each round on Bloodthirsty difficulty grants 90 coins; two passes are needed for each round, for a total of 333 rounds costing 666 x 1000 = 666,000 coins.
Many essences are needed, approximately another 300,000 coins.
Completing the set costs a total of 1,000,000 coins and many, many hours of gameplay.
