    Despite repeatedly killing Nefertari Mortis and Balor, the guide didn't drop.

    Is there something I've missed or forgotten?

    Hello there, you probably mention it about the books, the parts of benchmark to create teleport, so i would told you about it, that item drop only from infernal + mode and only on PW,Q , And Dungeon bosses, it doesn't count the blazing inferno, because there drop the set items and jewell.
    Ah and parts of improving the sets too, it depends on which teleports do you use it that one which you mention it is for improving the BGH set.
    Anyway Good luck out there, i have no patient for that event, so just give up on to it and wait for another maybe better then previous one.
