Oceanus' Opal Shrine Entrance bug

    Hi all,
    - I am stuck on a quest(Kill the High Toltac Shaman named Ouizzli in Oceanus' Opal Shrine) that requires me to access Oceanus' Opal Shrine dungeon. It seems I am missing a water key or tablet. How do I get that ?

    - Also, whenever I try to access Oceanus opal shrine without the water key in my inventory the 2nd time, the game freezes. Is this a bug or intentional ?

    - Any kind of help will be appreciated as I can't progress any further in-game.

    Game literally talking to you - get out of here stalker , when you try to pass door without key. :)
    Use quest guidance.
    I think that shaman is Ozzlan in the Twilight Dawns (public map, anybody can kill him ,but he respawn) , in the Toltac War Camp .

    I killed Ozzlan 10 times now and still no key dropped from him nor did the treasure chest behind him drop the key.
    Any other ideas ?

    go in painfull, you will not need the key to enter.

    If a quest is bugged , sometimes it helps delete the quest and retake. Maybe the painful option works. Or report to support and ask for a solution. I completed long time ago without issues. Devs sometimes introduce new bugs..who knows...:D

    Thank you all. I have created a support ticket for the same while simultaneously accessing the dungeon on painful level. I am almost done with Oceanus' Opal Shrine, lol. But I will try to still follow through with the support ticket just in case another newbie encounters the same problem.
