    You'll have to collect/buy 100 Sylvan Heart Shards to craft it. You'll get so many from the progress bar, but I don't think you can get 100 without using ander to buy the gambling chest from the shop.

    Not hard if you use credit card or have the time & can find groups to farm blood chest. The rest the devs just pretty much give the middle finger too. I wouldn't stress it much because there'll be more in the next events.
