Feedback Testserver Trader Test Server – Feedback here!

Dear heroes of Dracania,

Please use this thread to let us know what you think about the new set of items from Dunes of Desolation (our newest event, currently on the Test Server).

For this weekend only there’s a new NPC trader in Kingshill, where you can purchase all Tier 1 items of the set for 50 silver coins each. The set can be upgraded to Tier 3. You can combine four items of Tier 1 to get a Tier 2 item; if you want to upgrade it to Tier 3 you’ll need to purchase an extra crafting stone at Gnob called Gnob’s Jade-Nut. We would like to hear what you guys have to say about these items (at least for the Tier 2 ones)!

Remember that this new NPC will only exist temporarily on the Test Server and will NOT make it to the Live Servers of DSO.

Tho I'm expecting feedback gathering for new update is from Forum Discussion Group that consist of some experience players.
But this step is a gesture of moving into better direction.

Edit:
It seems most players in test server are busy with buy->sell & buy->melt.
This Trader Test Server not getting the objective.

As I proposed before..
Close the test server from public if there is a new fresh update that wanted to be test.
Make Forum Discussion Group by inviting some and limited experience players to test it and gather their feedback.
Make improvement based on the feedback that reflect final status on the update.
Open the test server to public for mass testing that reflect the closest condition to live server.
If everything acceptable, go live.

 

i think these uniques are good and event will be not boring ,many interesting things !!! too bad that the bonus 3/3 is only on critical hit and dmg. in my opinion u should make an items to choose between some enchantements !!

 

I think it is not a good policy. Now Test server is full of buy_then_melt players, I can not even log in to play the event. However, if you rolled back it, next time even afford the uniques to test, few player will try the uniques. after all, they can not keep the uniques , then, why test?

The better way is give log_in bonus. Players who log in during this week end will recieve the uniques all, thus, they can test, keep, but no buy_then_melt or buy_then_sell. Please consider it seriously.

 

I think sets aren t really worth working for hard. Lets just say that it isn t worth to trade stats from legendaries and other uniques/unique sets, well for most of the players, some will still want it and use it. About NPC: It s nice idea because if we want to test sets like this we don t have enough time to get it from farming and doing progress since events on TS are there for shorter amount of time.

 

The new set is simply not worth the effort.
Until now we have seen that they are making AFK events and whole this new AFK direction where the game is heading to ... but now we can see they started creating AFK sets as well.

And I don't think lot of people were testing those sets and the event ... majority of them were too busy to get rich. Making gold and glyphs.

 

I have tried them out (tier 2 of course, tier 3 is not worth 6 k drakens) and also drops are very bad at the momment i hope they are getting improval until it hits live servers.
