Legendary gear from badges of honor

    Heya everyone.

    Is it a good idea to buy legendary gear using the badges of honor and the PvP merchant?
    Do the stats are indeed random, or lower than the ones that drop from mobs/bosses?

    For me it was all about luck till now.
    Some of them had nice stats some of them were garbage ;p
    But since there isnt anything else you can do with the badges you can try it
