But in some cases the level does not matter. A lvl 49 amulet w/ all near max % values is essentially the same as a lvl 50. The 4/4 speed gloves on my main lvl 50 ranger are lvl 49. One of the gold stat lines
(9.8) was on a pair of lvl 49 gloves. The base armor value difference is so low on these that it is negligible.

Another DK of mine that just made lvl 50 about a week ago will probably end up w/ lvl 48 speed gloves. One of the gold lines (9.52) originally came from a pair of lvl 46 gloves. Again the armor diff is negligible (and in the long run, after all other important upgrades are done, I could always upgrade these then the base armor stat would be the same as a lvl 50/55 item.

Pictures will come later, but I just crafted a 231% iwd and 900 crit axe (+1024 crit at leve 53, this crit line was the random line) to replace my 169% iwd and +92 dam hammer on my DK. With 2 bloodtooth rings and my other gear, crit chance is now over 75%, but crit damage bonuses from gear are only +25% (5 jewels of rage).

I also crafted a 4x gold crit line belt last week which had, iirc, +943 crit at level 50, on the DK. 4th line was a random gold crit line on the low end of the gold continuum, but I'll take it, giving me over 1020 crit when it was upgraded to level 52.

Current priority is to replace my seal of death with a 4x crit damage amulet and work on replacing my armor of darkness torso-glove-boot combo with crafted legendary items. I guess I will also look for super high gold line 2H axe lines (78.5 or higher iwd and 1700 or higher crit) to craft a better weapon. Also looking to create a good legendary 1H axe for those1H and shield moments.

 

aaaawesome man!.. i cannot imagine at lvl55 with some smart gems.. xD
with 2 royal cianites and x3 30% armor gems and lvl55 it is 6263,008 armor just in the torso! xDD .. with the 30% from Dragan set ... +8141,9104 to final armor xD

Hi guys , any place i can find info about the value of lines? I mean ive made a torso with 3 inc dmg lines (9.36 , 9.87, 9.38). Ive some with 9.05. Id like to know if there is info about the min and max values on lines.

I've got pretty much identical. the three golden are higher but the random one is lower. 52% in total. but I love it very much

Sure ... % enchantments can't be upgraded ... but with the other items everything counts.
50-60 armor or HP can be crucial for weaker players.

 

Good point. Having been around since the introduction of gem crafting (even with the year I was away) all of my primary characters have at least radiant gems; my main flawless. (Only one royal so far, a cyanite, on my main but that's just my time away penalty )

Just crafted this 2h *-*
I put in 4 yellow lines (3x% 1xdmg), the outcome was this: (dmg line is random)
my max damage went up with around 700-800


My stats now, for the curious:

Well, I know there's been more impressive results already, but managed to craft this torso last night:



The last line is a shame, I know, but I've been trying pink to leg for so many weeks I didn't dare to revert. I might craft another one and try for a 4/4 legendary in the future.

 

I really need to get lvl 50 fast. I REALLY want to try crafting

 

The toon I'm chiefly focusing on now has been Level 50 for about 4 months. I'm a casual player, average an hour a day during the week, ~two on the weekends, ~3 during some events. Can't farm PW yet. So far, I've crafted one 2/3 exo

Just saying, don't expect miracles.

Me finally getting some legendary crafting results :

I lost 2 gold lines but I accepted it because the random and junk lines are good enough, maybe even better than another 230 gold line and... let's say... a 160 random line.

And finally made me a 3/4 torso:

Same lines from the exo I was using, and it got the bigger line (the other line was 9.2) from the other 2/3 exo I made.

 

Gave up on making a 4/4 crit damage amulet with the idea that those DDH offhand gems will become available.
