Being denied assistance on a Support ticket

    I am completely confused on this response since this is not the first ticket I have filed and I used the direct link from the game to send it. I am not aware of there being any other link or contact information available. How is it that all my other tickets went to the right people and this one did not?

    Support team does know what's the original language you registered your account and will always ask to refer to that (no matter what's the language you use in game).
    To open a ticket in a different language you have 2 options:
    - on the web page, with the icon in the bottom right of the login page chose your original language and then, in the same page, click on the button "support"
    - at the login page of the client, before logging-in, change language (selecting your original language), once logged in game use the button "support" (not suggested because when you switch language you will have to re-downlod the client)

    If your original language has always been english probably they confused you e-mail with someone else ticket, just answer back and, in the end, you can always ask to change the "original language" so you will change "permanently" your reference support team.

    So far the english support team has proven to be the more reactive one even tho sometime they cannot help you because of the BP policies.

    Hello @Chell2015, a kind reminder that all the information handled through tickets both from the player's and support side is personal and confidential and should never be shared publicly in the forums.

    Now, @Saved_81 is right when stating that you must contact the proper language support that matches the language you registered your account with, if you're unsure of the proper one, ask to the person who replied to your last ticket, also, bear in mind you are NOT being denied assistance, but being asked to contact the proper people, best regards.
