    Rules are rules. But with YT subtitles it can be quite easily consumed by everyone. I think it can be useful for those still unaware of incoming changes.

    Content such as screenshots and videos need to at least have a written explanation in English if it wants to continue to exist in the EN forums or it gets deleted. In this case, I can see that the content creator has taken the time to put in English subtitles which are easily accessed, and the majority of the text shown in the video are in English, despite the spoken component being in another language. So, as far as the EN mod team is concerned, this video is fine.
