    Dear Heroes of Dracania,


    Drakensang online as well as other Bigpoint games are currently under DDoS attacks. This causes login issues across all Bigpoint games. Our tech team is investigating and trying to solve the problems as quickly as possible.

    Ongoing events will be extended for the time that has been lost. Payments that did not go through should be automatically booked once the team has fixed the issue. Items that are currently active such as Premium, Attire, etc. will get their duration increased once everything has been fixed.

    Yes, there will be a compensation!;)

    We apologize again for the inconvenience this has caused all of you. We are fully dedicated to ensuring a smooth and seamless gaming experience for all our players.
