Maybe they don't know how to make work for a code like it should do but what they know how is sending cyber sales to my mail trough newsletter... and according to what i've seen here they say they will solve it on december 12th... people are complaing about something is not working but they don't care... like always.

They seem to think giving every player 3k exp is sufficient, but i am currently trying to get back the Emelias Terrifying Bundle i used up to do 1 run of an event i otherwise would not have even considered doing as its rewards are not worth the effort! Thats 33k Andermant during Premium Day

 

Hi, may I know where is the cave location ?

 

According to other years it is open when the event of winter solstice begins but apart from that we must wait to see if we have that cave again with us this year. a cave full of bugs. As always a bad experience gifts that can't be open. Defenders of the cave who dont exist so if you don't kill them the veil that protects the gift doean't dissapear and a long etc...

Maybe Santa is gonna give us a nice ending to all this at once...

My husband bought the dragon crest pack. /for money/.
You don't spend it because you're bored, but because you don't have time to play.. especially since the bosses don't drop a single piece!.The product is useless without completing the quest, although this is not stated anywhere before purchase! If you don't become strong enough to defeat the bosses, you can never use it?! This is called internet fraud! I'm buying something useless. The small print says that they won't refund your money, why didn't they write next to it that the quest is pending!? Or under what conditions?? Because no one would buy it....

I understand the disappointment that is felt in these situations and I agree with you.
The only advice I feel I can give you is to invest real money in the game only when you know for sure that you will be able to use those advantages.
Of course, always if the advantages are worth the money invested.

Thank you for your kind words. But let's pay attention to the facts: The package is unusable and bigpoint does not warn about this anywhere.
So you cannot decide in advance whether it is worth investing your money.
Let's take as an example about 1000 players who ran into this error. I paid 30 euros in conversion.
This is no longer a simple mistake, but a brutal fraud!All this without even being able to make a purchase, because you immediately lose your right of withdrawal.The support's answer (below criticism): they don't care what they damage, they don't return money. They don't even try to find a solution that would be acceptable.
This game is ripe for destruction.

 

That's the reason I never invested money in videogames.
I don't know if it's fraud in this case, but however things turn out, it's up to their conscience to remedy it in some way or at least try to appease the discontent that is certainly not good for them.

 

I never payed a € for this game the whole time i played it... and now i don't regret about it. Since the new expansion this game is a lost of time for me.

As for the new expansion, I will see it when I get to that content.......... if I get there.

 

About new expansion i mean by that when the decide to destroy all our advnace making our items compleatly useless having to farm again cos it seems nobody cares about our time or money it be € or currency money of the game invested in it when we the parallel world became nasty cos or you are 100 lvl or you can't play anything there and the final boss is Mortis. Before i was able to do inf tier 1 by my self in parallel world. I know it's not a lot but it was funny now forget it...

I know i have to talk to the king of Kingshill for more main quest to take me to Atlantis i think but i don't know if those quest are already ready to play or not. Just for you to see how interested i am in this game. i played moon event monthly i did a lot and i was a pest in pvp cos as i said before my characters are a *** but i liked annoying adversaries... hahaha and i gained enemies and friends doing it but i enoyed it a lot.

Let me know if those dire wolves tell you if what it comes about is gonna be better or not...

 

This is the why it's better not to rush too much when dedicating time to this genre of videogames, when there's nothing certain that can remain or at least that is not negatively changed obviously to the detriment of the players.

With this in mind, the game needs to be enjoyed calmly.
Playing it without the rush to reach a specific goal and some players do exactly the opposite.

It's as if they impose on themselves the achievement of a goal and if they do not succeed it's as if the world collapses in their eyes, in their way of seeing things.

Well, everyone has their own way of thinking and playing.

In a way it kinda is. If they're selling something that can only be used if you are a certain level or finished certain quest etc. this should be mentioned in description of said item.

But don't scream to hard about being scammed by these devs, cus they will simply bann you

Adding specific information about what a player is buying is something that should be present, especially in cases like this.
I don't understand why that information is not there.

 

HI today 21st December i connected but my reward of the 4th day of the event is off... somebody knows why or is about a stinginess of DSO again?
