I am very confused about the dragon crest quest

I have-- I think from the season pass rewards-- some items called fragments of dragon crests that sure sound a heck of a lot like what "Father Fidelis" wants me to bring him.



but I've got zero crest fragments checked off and "Father Fidelis" does not want to talk to me.

If "upper left part of dragon crest" in my inventory is not the same thing as the "upper left part of dragon quest" Father Scare Quotes wants me to bring him, then what is it supposed to be? And if it is the right quest item, then how do I get the quest to progress?

 

Have you tried asking other players directly in-game?
Maybe they know something more.

 

You need to get 100 of each part. So you're missing 85 of each.

 

I have a similar problem from the mission for 5x100, I issued 2x100 and I'm looking everywhere for the other parts, but the quest describes where they are and where he will give them, hey, he gives it, but it's different every time, this quest needs to be fixed, there is no collection of these parts

I can try, but... for some reason the "US-East" server is actually like 75% Brazilian. Most of them don't speak English, and I'm no better at Portuguese.

 

What you want to ask you can write it in an online translator, then convert it to portuguese and do ctrl+c and ctrl+v in the chat.

Before they give you an answer, tell them right away that you don't understand portuguese and that you would appreciate their being able to answer you in english. Otherwise, if they answer you in portuguese, write in the online translator what they told you and get the english translation.

 

I've been trying that, but copy-paste doesn't seem to work in chat boxes, so I have to type out everything by hand from either chat into Google Translate or Google Translate into chat, so it's a real pain if it's more than a couple words

 

I understand that it can be a hassle if copy/paste doesn't work with the chat, but don't give up.

Keep searching, even in the portuguese section of the forum, add your character's name in that section and ask if they can contact in-game.
Sooner or later someone will write to you and then you can add him to your friends list so when he is online you can ask him for help and need.

Maybe you could even be invited in their guild if they have one, and that way things will become easier.
