After 30.12.2024 Maintenance

    Since the maintenance on 12/30/2024, I had to uninstall the game client because I couldn't log in.

    I followed the uninstall instructions step by step in detail and then reinstalled the game client.
    Now I can log in to the game fine, but during gameplay, maybe not even 5 minutes after logging in, I get an error, and the program closes and I have to log in again, but everything repeats itself!

    Guys, it's not playable at all, a week since this happened, and I just used the deluxe three days that I received as vouchers in the game, and the premium 2x for three days that I received in the event!

    Please help me with what I can do so that I can continue playing without interruption!

    Will you compensate me for the wasted premium days and lost points in the progress bars of all events that were active in the last 8 days, or are still active?

    It can be exhausting, but to solve the problem, you have to proceed by exclusion one thing at a time.
    Deleting temp files and then uninstalling the game will not always fix it.

    The first image seems to refer to a direct3d problem and if is that the problem, at least for the first image, it could depend on many things, for example:
    - 3d acceleration is not available
    - the video card does not have the 3D acceleration option enabled
    - the tool dxdiag. exe shows the total memory approximately as blank or n/a and shows the directdraw option or the direct3d option as unavailable


    Other things can be related to:
    - video card does not have enough video memory to run the game (rare)
    - directdraw acceleration is disabled
    - outdated drivers for video card
    - latest version of directx is not installed or is corrupted
    - one or more programs in the background are interfering with the game

    These problems can also be caused by overheating of the video card or even the cpu.


    During the game, if by chance it freezes and if the hourglass also appears (not always), be patient and wait. Don't do that "Windows is looking for a solution to the problem" thing.
