    Well I was sent a welcome back message. Downloaded the client. # TIMEs an nothing just the same circle jerk around and around and no log in. Good job BG.

    I don't know if this applies, but it's worth trying. If you don't need the certificates updated you can skip the last 2 bullet-points.

    If that doesn't work & if nobody else can help you on here, I'd try asking on their Discord channel since its more active.

    IMPORTANT:

    Due to a certain issue that affects the Certificate Signing process for the game client, it might be the case that you will come across an error saying 'Failed to verify the signature of a downloaded file!'. Please follow the instructions below in order to fix the issue:
    • Uninstall the game from your system (make sure you closed all the client instances before). Preferably, use the game Uninstaller, usually located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Drakensang Online.
    • Delete the DSOClient folder from the Temp folder. To locate it, press Win + R, type %temp% and press enter, then delete the DSOClient folder.
    • Make sure to delete the DSOClient folder from the Recycle Bin too.
    • Follow the instructions in this provided link to manually download and install the certificates.
    • Download and install the game from the Official Website .

    Went to web site, dowloaded the client, got the play now in green, logged in, went back to unlit "play now" we'll go around in circles.

    Well crap, that sucks! I think your best bet right now would be to try the Discord server (posted a link to the thread) and try asking on there. It's more active, so hopefully you can find some real-time/faster help from people who know more. Hope you get it fixed!

    Is that what the "error 35" thing looks like?

    I'm not getting any messages telling me that I have error 35 or whatever, but when I tried to log in today, MalwareBytes blocked the site. When I manually unblocked it and put in my password, I got the greyed out play now like you're saying.

    I posted on your other thread, but try downloading & updating the certificates first and then see if it'll let you download the installer. Hopefully it's something simple like that or you can try what I suggested in the other thread. Hope it helps, good luck!

    I followed the link, but it says it's specifically for Windows 7? I have 10 or 11.

    I have 8.1, but I still had to do it. It sucks, but I'd probably try it anyways. If you use Discord you could try asking there since it's more active that the forums are now. If you do try it, you may have to tick the "show hidden files & folders" or whatever to delete the temp file.

    I installed the certificates, but it didn't do anything.
