based on the clip you posted, I see nothing wrong with your damage: after both singularity and ice nova are used and stacked, Dragan's resistances are nullified and your damage dealt on him greatly increased.

if you skipped the video and only watched the end, for sure, at the end there is no error and the singularity works, now if you go to 4:23 you will see that the new one didn't work, if you go to 4:38 you will see that the singularity didn't work, if you go to 5:00 the singularity doesn't work again, only after 5:20 that the combo starts working and I start to deal fair damage to him. I imagine it must be annoying for you to watch the entire video of a weak guy wanting to solo a boss like that, but I'm asking for support for something important, a bug that I've seen other people complaining about, and that is hindering my gameplay and frustrating me, the least I expected is for support to watch the entire video to understand, after all I've already done all the work. I'm not being rude, I just want you to understand how frustrating this is for a person who spends money on the game.

As I said, everything works as intended in the video, and since you think I didn't watch the whole thing, I'll further explain what's going on:

• As you see Dragan screaming, he goes on Rage mode, meaning that he takes much less damage from any source (both on shield and hp). This is the first reason of your damage being really low in any phase
• While enraged, even using all of your armor/resistance break skills won't help

In the end, it doesn't matter if you use red essences or any kind of damage boost since his damage reduction while enraged is massive. Hope this explanation is enough

 

There is no bug, the problem is your stats, too low to be able to do Dragan solo in mercless mode. You say that it is frustrating for you because you spent money in the game. So if you want to get something concrete, I suggest you to spend more and buy the attire cloak, find a group and take advantage of the release of the three pieces from the end Dragan's resurrection, to do the Dragan set.
Or try to improve your stats and try in the next event.
