I'm 99.9% sure it doesn't work like that.

Everytime you enter map, you have a certain % chance of spawning those pink fellows. It does not matter if 10.000 players have found one and keep a map open. The % of spawning those mobs will always remain the same.

These spawns are not limited by a number or time frame in any way.

 

The portal % is RNG no argument there.. and finished this part of event 6 days ago.. what I don't understand is why those players that are holding down the portal are not held accountable for abusing a flaw in the game.. this just shows a lack in the Dev's department for not enforcing there own T&C.. if you don't want to BAN the players at least reset there progress.. this just really shows that we all can just break and abuse the games T&C anyway we want because no punishment will be issued.. If this had been any other game a BAN would had been placed in effect immediately..

 

RNG is used to influence items drop, damage dealt and critical hits.
It's also used to generate maps.
I think these are predetermined with their item drops and monsters, so if you block a map with Cadoc, you add an extra element to the randomness that affects the game in a negative way. Like when you get error 42 and the game doesn't give you the map, because at that moment the instances are all full.
I will remain with this belief until a developer clarifies the issue for me.

 

I have a problem finding Janus Fox scroll.
I opened a lot of amphoras and kill many Dragan boss but no scroll.
I don't want to buy it with draken's from Grima.I think that spending almost 20k draken for this mission is to much.
What can i do to obtain this scroll?

P.S. After posting this message on forum I obtained the misteryous scroll in my first Dragan kill..........

Don't forget to play Dracanian Anniversary Festival Event, there is a scroll in the Dragan part of progress.

Dragan can be killed in two places.
You can fight him solo in the Great Hall, or in a group/individually on the other map that opens from Raven Castle.
That's probably why he wrote "my first Dragan kill" ...but I could be wrong. Mea culpa!
