Is This Luck or Just Cruelty?

I don’t know who’s responsible for the drop or spawn rates in this game, but honestly, it feels downright cruel. Take the Glowing Cave, for example—I’ve entered it 13 times recently (not even counting the countless times I’ve visited before) just to get the Jewel of the Ingredient Hunter. Out of those 13 runs, the boss only spawned twice. As if the jewel’s drop rate wasn’t already painfully low, now we also have to struggle with the boss’s spawn rate. It’s getting really frustrating. And it’s not just this map—across the entire game, you can try hundreds or even thousands of times for something and still get absolutely nothing in return... I think so many players are losing interest in the game because of this.

It's all luck..bad luck, whatever you want to call it. I never dropped anything from that cave and I went in allot since it was introduced, but sitll managed to get the jewel from that chest I can buy with kitchen coins. And here me now..i bought exactly 1 chest

 

Sometimes it's really frustrating, but personally I'm beyond feeling this annoyance or frustration and it's not that difficult.
Since getting something is quite difficult (I partly understand it, otherwise it would be too easy), to me it's enough to play 20-30 minutes and not even every day.
There are more days that I enter the game just for the daily reward and that's it.

However, does anyone know what the percentage of appearance of the boss and items?
