Unable to re-acquire the quest “Urda in Need / Find Sybil”

    Hello,
    I accidentally canceled the quest “Urda in Need” (step “Find Sybil”). Now the quest no longer appears anywhere, and the quest giver (Urda) is not present — neither in Suburb of Cardhun nor in Twisted Woods, where she is supposed to be.
    Please check whether it is possible to re-obtain this quest, or if it can be manually re-added to my quest log.

    You can always reactivate quests as far as I know. And if I do remember correctly, that quest started in that clearing area of twisted woods.

    I could be wrong, been some years allready I did that quest

    no its not starting there. that qvest unlock before even u unlock tataconeti. i need serious help with this one
