nebula3 d3d error

the game wont stop popping this error. i have most updated drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled. running out of options here as this just started recently

I noticed one thing about these kinds of nebula errors.

They occur most frequently when as soon as you have entered the game:
- you open the bag
- you start the cast of the mount
- or you move with the mount
- you open game windows such as questlog, bags, bank, achievements or any other type of windows
- you open the premium windows or the events windows
- you open any other windows (like pvp stats, chars and so on)

If these actions are done when some of the textures have not yet been loaded, there is a good chance that those types of error messages will appear.

Once you get into the game, I would suggest doing nothing.
Give the client time to load textures, audio, and so on, and when you're sure everything has loaded, start playing.

I am not absolutely sure that by doing so that mistake will no longer appear or that other types of errors will not appear, but it does not hurt to try.

Have you tried uninstalling the display drivers and reinstalling them?
If you have already done so, have you performed a thorough uninstall of the old dirver before putting the newer ones?

 

in the lower left corner of the screen there should be written something like "(release260_151 64-bit) 2025-08-01 14:42"
Are you by any chance running the game in 32bit?

 

im running 64bit but i havent tried uninstalling drivers compltely

this is simple to solve...delete only folder DSOClient\dlcache\logfiles in temp

Nowadays I don't think there can be any problems with the video card drivers anymore since the game is quite a few years old and the engine isn't updated...or at least lately it's easier for overly updated drivers to cause problems.

 

I'm sorry that you couldn't fix the problem, but what's most disappointing is that the game's developers didn't give any mention about it.

I mean that there has been no statement on their part such as:
- we cannot fis these errors
or
- we are aware of these errors and we are doing what we can
or
- we do not yet know what the cause is


If, on the other hand, one of these statements has already been expressed and I have not noticed it, then I apologize.

Same error yesterday in HEREDUR. i don't know if it due to a windows update or my antivirus update cos after one of them i had this nebula error... and the error 23... i'm gonna try today wha'ts gonna come about

today 16 august same. Im gonna try to erease temps and dowload it again... in case it happens again i will uninstall it for ever. Thanks DSO

 

It happens to me too. Exactly the same as the message above.

 

It happens to me too, in full moon event. The same message when i try to use the bill. With my 5 characters, with my Pc and laptop.
With others accounts.....always the same.

I uninstall the game, delete temp, restart Pc, and now, not discharge the game, the 2 Gb when i execute the shorcut of DrakensangOnline (64bit).

I reported it......

I figured out why my DSO isn't working. It's my operator, Movistar, that's to blame. They've changed their customers' DNS because of the issue of illegal downloads of La Liga soccer games.

 

I can't dowload client says a server update may currently be in porgress tray later or contact support

I use movistar too but i don't understand whta you are talking about, could you explain, please? Because i don't play soccer games etc...

 

yesterday after like a week without playing i was able to play again but today this errors is back again...



And it means that if i follow what they say i won't be able to download my files again with the another error know for those who use movistar and maybe other... Thanks DSO

Not a day goes by without some error messages of all kinds!
