Bug with deluxe premium

    Today i bought the deluxe premium 1 week and 2 weeks using my hard farmed community coins. 1200 coins gone. The deluxe premium didnt activate on my account after using them. Obviously thats a bug . Please fix this !!!

    I have same problem with deluxe from kodes and normal premium from season pass.

    I have sent in many tickets for this problem and as of yet all I get back is.. The Dev's are looking into this problem.. And well we all know how long it takes this Dev team to actually fix something.. and from the looks of it many players are experiencing this bug.. so I doubt this will be solved before end of the year.. they will have to give everyone at least 9 Days of Deluxe to all the players that used the Codes.. and even more Deluxe Premiums to players that bought them with in game currency or Credit Card.. so they have a lot to figure out.. and its a 50/50 chance that they even give anything back at all Honestly..

    Bigpoint didn't fix anything same crap happening, it is ridicules. Just now I hit lvl 40 for the Season quests. Reward was 3 days premium which just disappeared. Unknown error has occurred which has been going on for months. Fix this crap already.

    Yeah they posted a thread in Official Announcements saying the Error has only been accruing since 10/21-10/22.. but that's just false.. the Error started around 8/29-8/30 so it has been in the game for over 2 months.. and all there going to do is refund money back to the players that bought with Credit Card.. all the other players that bought with in game currency (Community Coins) or (Season Coins) or (Bonus Codes) are not going to see any reimbursement.. and this is nothing new coming from these Dev's all they do is break the servers and only do quick fixes when it's actually affecting there incoming cash flow.. this Error doesn't hinder there intake of Cash there still receiving there money.. it's the players that are NOT receiving what they pay for.. As you can see with the Error being on servers going on now since Aug.. I'm just glad I don't P2Play or I would be pissed.. all I wanted was my 9 Days of Deluxe I didn't get from all of this months Bonus Codes.. but that's just wishful thinking especially from these Dev's or Interns can't even call them Dev's at this point..

    "Unknown error occurred" is linked to the bug premium code...

    DSO team, I just redeem premium code from collector bag bonus which work perfectly, but new premium codes having bug, such as free bonus code, season pass etc. The different between these 2 type of bonus codes>> one with 7 days lapse vs instant redemption. Affected codes are mainly in instant category. Just 2 cents.

    Affected servers >> Tegan and Agathon need Bug-buster asap. Meanwhile, EU servers are mostly unaffected.

    Let's BUG fighting >> and bring our premium codes back to life... soon ;)
