90-Day “Gem Grinder” Item (Convert Gems/Stones into Shiny Dust Anywhere)

Hello Drakensang Team and community,
Since large features can require a huge amount of work, I’d like to suggest a smaller QoL improvement that would still have a big positive impact on daily gameplay.
Idea

Add an item purchasable from Premium NPCs / Premium Merchant that works similarly to the Smelter (90 days)—but for gems.
For 90 days, it would allow players to convert gems/stones into Shiny Dust quickly and conveniently.
What the item would do

• A “Gem Grinder (90 days)” / “Dust Converter (90 days)” item
• Not consumed on use, just like the Smelter item concept
• Le
• ts you select a gem stack and convert it into Shiny Dust with one click
• Optional toggle (if feasible):
  • Convert selected stack only
  • Convert all eligible gems in inventory (with a confirmation prompt)

Why this would be useful

Upgrading gems requires large amounts of Shiny Dust, and right now converting gems to dust can be very click-heavy
and time-consuming.
This item would:

• reduce repetitive clicking (better comfort/QoL),
• help players manage inventory faster,
• keep the current economy intact (same dust output as existing conversion—just faster).

Balance / Abuse Concerns (easy safeguards)

To keep it safe and fair:

• the item is account-bound (not tradable),
• works only on un-equipped gems in inventory,
• uses the same dust conversion rules as the current system (no extra dust—only convenience).

Availability

• Sold via Premium NPC / Premium Merchant (for example during Premium Day, like other Premium shop utility items).
• Duration: 90 days, matching the Smelter-style convenience model.

This is my personal vision, but I’m open to discussion and suggestions from anyone interested so we can refine it into a solid, well-balanced proposal.
