What is causing the game to freeze?
    1. Entering the map results in prolonged unresponsiveness, then the game crashes.
    2. After entering the map, the screen freezes for 10-20 minutes.
    3. After entering the map and moving a short distance, the screen freezes for 10-20 minutes, resulting in character death.
    4. The screen frequently freezes due to minor actions, such as clicking a box.
The Temp/DSOClient directory size is often 2-4GB.
When launching the game, a green checkmark appears in the lower left corner: "You can start the game anytime."

Updates to this directory, or every game update, will cause the aforementioned map latency issue. If Temp/DSOClient is not downloaded or updated, the game latency will be slightly lower. The Temp/DSOClient directory has a size limit, approximately 5GB, and must be updated once it reaches that limit. Therefore, the map latency issue recurs. The screen repeatedly freezes and displays the following message:

the application is not responding ,
the program may respond again if you wait .
do you want to end this process ?

    Summary,
After the initial game launch or a game update,
    the processes
dro_client64.exe and thinclient.ese alternately become unresponsive,
or at the end of the progress bar,
the message "[connection is being established]"
remains unresponsive for an extended period,
    causing the game to crash.
Sometimes the screen freezes when running in the map,
    sometimes when casting spells,
and occasionally the screen freezes without any warning.

I thought someone from the team handling these issues would answer that.
Have you tried asking for discord or sending an email?

I'm not saying this is why your having this problem but if your using WIFI internet connection to play DSO STOP this may be why.. when I was using WIFI I had this same problem.. but once I changed over to Ethernet Cable I never had this problem again..

I followed your advice and installed an Ethernet cable.
The situation seems to have improved somewhat,
but Kingshill still has a high probability of delaying by 1-3 minutes.

Since it is wifi, some obstacle such as thick walls or other could aggravate the problem.
Those minutes of latency may be due to communication issues between your provider and the server at certain times of the day.
If it only happens in kingshill, then it could be because there are a lot of players there.

I'm not sure what your internet speed is but I'm currently running at 10gb I average around 9965-9990mb sec.. but you probably need at least 1gbsec around the 900-990 sec speed to not have any latency.. and also depends on how close you are to a DSO server.. I live in the USA and I get 88-97 latency on average and I'm no where close to a DSO server so It may be your internet provider..

Indeed, I am not in the United States at all,
But I used a paid connection line,
My home has a fiber optic router.
The best speed is around 30ms.
    Still not quite smooth.
