    Hello,
I am a dedicated DSO player of 12 years. I am writing to share my concerns and suggestions regarding the future of the game and its overall playability.
First, I would like to address the current state of PvP. It is in desperate need of a complete overhaul because PvP should appeal to the general player base, not just to end-game players with maxed-out gems. It should be engaging for everyone, from newcomers to veterans who have been playing for a decade. Furthermore, entering PvP arenas located in cities should automatically trigger a separate "PvP stats mode". This would pave the way for the return of the deeply missed Guild Wars.
To make PvP accessible and fair for everyone, certain adjustments are necessary:
Stat & Attribute Customization: Instead of relying on a character's gems or items, PvP stats should be based on the chosen archetype with customizable attributes. Players could be given a set number of points to distribute; for instance, Mages could invest in attack and speed, while Dragonknights (Warriors) could focus on defense.
PvP Passive Skill Tree: We could have a passive talent tree where we spend points earned by ranking up through active PvP participation. Ultimately, encouraging players to spend more time in-game benefits both the community and the developers.
Additionally, due to the limitations of the current game engine, the game remains quite static, meaning PvE also requires various adjustments. Boss fights should once again feel like group content, making solo clears extremely difficult. Right now, everyone plays solo and bosses are defeated way too easily, which significantly ruins the enjoyment of the game. For example, the health and armor of bosses could remain the same, but our character stats could be scaled down to 1/3 of their value upon entering. This would make players dependent on a Dragonknight's tanking capabilities, while tanks would rely on the raw damage and passive buffs of other classes. Only the absolute strongest players would be able to solo content, which would create real challenges, inspire YouTube content, and vastly increase the active player count.
Please take my suggestions into consideration. I have dedicated 12 to 13 years of my life to this game, and unfortunately, the competition and excitement we used to have during the level 45 cap is completely non-existent right now.
    Best regards,
