Good morning. I have been waiting for the "Ore Luck" gem to go on sale for over two weeks, but only the "Material" gem has appeared this week. I need specific gems to strengthen my character, so I am asking for your help; I request that the "Ore Luck" gem be made available for purchase. Thank you in advance. I am not asking for direct assistance from you, but simply for you to forward my message to the appropriate channels; I intend to support you by making the purchase.

 

Not sure what you mean by "ore luck" gem. The ingredient hunter jewel that is in the store, or was anyway, i havent checked today, is the jewel for all ingredient drops to increase including ore

But you can try and also to get it for free using multi tools to kill the boss in hogni's mine on normal, just gotta be lucky to get the drop, can take alot of runs

 

When they say lucky, they mean REAL lucky, lol! It's called "scam cave" for a reason because the drop rate is horrendous for the jewel. I burned through a ton of mult-tools on it, but never got one there. If you do try it, just do it on normal mode to save multi-tools because the difficulty doesn't affect the drop rate.

I think I got most of mine for the Anniversary Birthday Cake, but it looks like they changed the rewards from that now to mostly crap stuff...surprise, surprise. I'm pretty sure you can get it from the progress bar in an event(s).

You're best bet though, besides paying cash for it, is probably the 2024 lucky bags. You can get 1/day for 50 kitchen coins and 1/day for 5k ander at Emilia.

 

It saddens me to say this, but I’ve come to realize that the Drakensang team and management no longer care about their players. I simply asked for help getting a specific package made available for purchase again, yet all they told me was that such a thing wasn't possible for a single individual. Why should I keep playing this game?

 

Last time we got survey ,how many veterans are on the game 53% thats a lot isn't it. Do you think it will be change something? In my personal opinion the answer is NO, untill they care about greedy personality.
The question shouldn't be why, but you want play or not. Because why is always has a reason. But final result is on the want to be or not.

 

I didn't ask for this item to be given to me for free; I simply requested that the offer be made available again and asked for a formal request to be submitted to the relevant departments. However, I was told that a single player's request wasn't enough to make that happen. The email I received made me feel undervalued, so I no longer wish to assist with Drakensang's support inquiries or surveys, and I will not be playing this game again.
