The developers sincerely apologized for the bugs that occurs on the live server.​

We have now some known bugs:

• The exchange of Challenge Pass is at Gnob, not Grima. It was written wrong on the guide.
  
• Dragon Crest parts doesn't drop from Bosses outside of Ancestral Ruins, it should be fixed ASAP.

We know some of you are frustrated with the increase in progress requirements for the Ancestral Ruin event, which now reflects its extended two-month duration.

Our CM Bella raised your concerns with the development team, advocating for a reduction, but they've decided to keep the current setup. We understand this may be disappointing, and we’re committed to using your feedback to improve future events.

Here's the response from the Development Team regarding your feedback yesterday:

• These bugs will be fixed ASAP: Dragon Crest parts dropping issue, Ancestral Ruins Level 6 and 10 difficulty adjustments, and issues about Dragon Hatchling's Greedstone having wrong translation and has andermant drop issue.
  
• We will improve the Ancestral Ruins progress bar by lowering the total entries needed for completing the progress bar. We understand your concerns that the total cost is too high.
  
• Please note that the upcoming Season Pass next week will also provide free rewards in the Free Pass. It will also gives you Dragon Crest parts and additional progression bar experience to help you advance in the event.
  
• We will consider adding drops of Dragon Stones outside of Ancestral Ruins.
  
• There are 3 Ancestral Items that are currently only in the shop - Dragon Egg Fossil, The Forgotten Stone Man, and Filthy Magic Lamp. We will consider to enable the drop of Dragon Egg Fossil in game. However, The Forgotten Stone Man remains in the shop only.
  
• We've made 3 good bonus codes for CM Bella's livestream next week
  
• Dragonknight BGH set will be improved, we are working on that. Please give us more time.

Today, 18.11, Devs added urgent update to fix the following issues:

1. Ancestral Ruins: adjust Level 6 and Level 10 difficulty based on player's feedback.
   
2. Season Pass: fix the mission bugs and increase the experiences for completing missions.

The following bugs will be fixed on Thursday 21/11/2024

• Ancestral Ruins progress bar need improvement - for less total cost of completing the bar
  
• Dragon Crest Parts drops need to be fixed - now it cannot drop from regular bosses
  
• Golden Goose and Dragon Egg Fossil bug - when players put the items in the storage and click it, the items disappeared

Season Pass is planned to start tomorrow. We will make an announcement.
