3rd party programs - rules.

Okey so now you have perma-banned lots of people among which my GF was included for using autoloot even though she had a premium (because lets face it, BP's premium is just as half-finished as everything else BP does)...she had been struggling in PVP for 2 years and had 3000 honor points left to lvl 40 pvp when you banned her... Well done with destroying her holiday EDIT.

Now for the questions.
1. First of all I see a lot of known botters which have been recorded and reported still online. Why?
2. Secondly, I actually know a guy who was first banned and then got unbanned (all his stuff was taken though). Why and why wasn't my girlfriend's acc handled in this way?
3. Third, why have some players been completely unbanned with equipment and all?
4. Fourth and last, there is a big load of videos on youtube where people use DSOCAM, some even with download links... Are these applications allowed? They do actually allow people to zoom out more then usually you know which is a great cheat for ranged characters. I ask because I want to make videos in 3D. If they are not allowed, what's the punishment and why havn't these users been punished?

Players will not be banned entirely based on accusations. All reported accounts are also checked through the anti-botting program and the accused players may be innocent. That being said, this has only been the first wave of bans; detection of botting activity may trigger additional banned accounts in the future.

Players are only unbanned (only by a high level staff member) on very rare occasions, and only if the player has been found to be completely innocent of all charges. The player you are referring to may not have been banned in the first place. If you want, you can send in the name in to support to double-check the account.

2. As far as I am aware no-one caught in the banwave has been unbanned or will be unbanned.
3. Again not true. The only situation I can apply to such a circumstance is if account ownership is in doubt, often a ban will be put in place till such a time as the person can prove ownership.
4. I am inquiring to this with management to find out if DSOcam users were caught up in the ban wave also. I will say that as to the terms and condition any third party software that causes an unfair advantage are not allowed. So I would advice not to use it.

This software is not made by BP devs, so the rules are the same for every 3rd party software.
Unless devs approve it ....

im just now waiting for the program to download , And there is no possibility to get an advantage with this program in fight or else, i will only use it of begin on my videos becuse its looks cool , is it Ok?
