    The closer to the spawn spot, the more trouble there is to get on a mount, especially if there are several players on the spot, or heavy game activity. Sometimes the graphics and sound effects are just partial, or fall off completely. You can't tell if you will get a mount, until it times out completely. The progress bar may or may not work.

    Team members report they can't spawn if the horse is spawning on top of them. It's an old problem that isn't going away.
