    In 5vs5 ( capture the flag) , how many percent travel speed of the flag bringer is decreased?

    I don't have any concrete numbers, but it feels like 10-15%.

    I also don't have concrete numbers. I feel about 20% slower, maybe. I guess only the mods could find out for sure from the devs/progs. Unfortunately, it doesn't show the de-buff description icon like other negative effects do.

    Yes, I am farming for that set (sometimes). It would be good to combine with Sargon's stuff, for flag-running in 5v5.
