    Hello,

    I won the competition to get the ball, so first of all, im very happy :)

    Second thing... I wrote to the support everything you said: forum name, real name, id, server and address, and full address, maybe except that i forgot to write Lithuania... And right after sent a ticket i got:
    "A message that you sent contained no recipient addresses, and therefore no
    delivery could be attempted."

    I answered support's ticket saying the problem, but they dont respond. Should i send one more ticket with full address or ive lost the chance to get the ball...?
