Access to Stalgard Bugged?

    hello everyone, Im not sure if i should post this here but if this is not the right place to post it please one of the admins to move it where it should be.

    So Im lvl 43 in Thunder Crest, I just finished the main quests and one of them I had to collect a bunch of stuffs then trade them at a npc so i can get the requied items to craft the permis to enter in Stalgard, and so I did i crafted it then checked my main quests again " Meet Fox" in Stalgard so i got in thunder Crest at the door to Stalgard and it says I have not yet completed the requiments of this region.
    I check my bag couldnt not find the transport pass, and no my inventory is not full and yes i have checked everyone in the bag.
    Have i done something wrong ? im pretty sure ive done all the quests there and crafted the transport pass.
    what else can i do ?

    Oh damn, I was so excited that i could finaly see the lvl 45 boss.
    well i guess I'll just pop the exp scrolls in Gleaming Mountains for 7 exp bars. *yey*
