account bann or what ???

    Hi all ,

    i have a problem that i had a lvl 46 character EDIT rank - flag bearer .... it was working fine 2 hours ago and now i tried to open it but it said no username/password with this account ... what is this ??????? without my knowing my account is a banned .. at least a warning should be given .. and i hav also checked the password again and agian put it keep saying those lines above ..... why ??? i want it back .. it had 5v5 mount and 6v6 mount what is this .. i want it plz help me --_--
    username is EDIT :mad::(:mad:
    I dont know user id coz its not opening --_--

    Hello @TheHellGuy and welcome to the forums.

    If you are getting the error that there is no username/password to be found, then you need to double-check your spelling, capitals, that you're using the right language keyboard, and so on. This does not mean you were banned.

    Your account is definitely not banned.
    You are mistyping your username or password ... if your account was banned you would get a pop-up window with information "you are banned" XD ... but only after you log in.
