account transfer

    hello again, i've follow the instruction to transfer my account from aeria games and go to support page. but i have some question.
    1. what user name should i use ? my aeria games user name or DSO user name ? because i dont know what my DSO user name is. last time i just need to sign in to aeria games and pick DSO from the list and then it connected automaticaly.
    2. What subject should i pick when sending the message?
