Action house {trade vendor}

Maybe people don't like trading so that is why they play this game for a long time. I am one of them.
There is not a single trading system that can't be abused.

 

Why don't you just set a account restriction where if your account has 3 characters on it. no other character from that same account will be able to see nor even get it. and your ander are all connected to each players. So if your level 45 DK has 15000 ander all your other characters will have the same amount. So ander Exploiting isn't even possible to begin with. And with the Account restriction gold exploit wouldn't be possible either and then add the i.p thing someone was talking about above then it would lower the amount of people that can just create a new email and new account and do it like that. Most people have Static I.p which stays the same no matter what device you have. While only few have dynamic which changes every time you log onto your wireless/wired modem/router. I mean i just fixed the problem and now we can have the auction house. A lot of games do this method that i used to play on including everquest2, LOTR online, runescape, etc. Just using this method alone would stop mostly to all exploiting already done in the game. I'm just saying you should give it some thought and see what other games do. This is not a copyright method. It is a software published to the public so there is no legal action involved. I just solved y'all problems and created a way to have a auction house. Your welcome.

 

I would agree with you Bariya, trading system was mentioned earlier in forum, and i will always like it. Trading system would make game more easer and intresting, but the currency for uniques should be drakens or big amounts of andermants. For example: Predator for 2k drakens or 30-50k andermants. Or Deep sea uniques for 500 drakens or 5-10k andermants. Dark items for 500-600 drakens or 10k andermants, something like that.
And players would buy uniques they was looking for ages, and it would make them more happyer, ain't I'm right folks?

 

Yap there was NPC vendor his name is Shady J. u can buy there Shady stuff for if i remember good 250k anders for KH-Bich weapons .... and about any trade in game I say simply NO !!!!!

Noup, it couldn't. This topic is becoming really boring and, as far as I remember, it was clearly said that they have no intention whatsoever of introducing any kind of trade, so, aside from those discussions being boring, they are also useless.

First of all there is no way to make a perfect trade system. Remember this is a free to play game. Nothing to stop someone from making more accounts. Trade vendors work well on none free to play games. Games that have free to play and trade vendors saw the move of the auction house as well as item trades over to subscribers and only after the subscriber reach a certain level. Even with this, the systems are getting abused; staff has to be hired to cracked down on abusers. This would only increase the cost of the game and that cost would spill over to the people that buy stuff in the game.

 

NO no never never nuh uh uh. No auction house, no trade. Earn what you get and know that everyone around you had to do the same.

Player trade suggestions are going to come up over and over again.
The reason is because the model that this game has been based on is a player trading model.
Set items seem to have first appeared in diablo with the intention for players to trade them with each other. this is also a mmorpg and almost all players expect to start trading when they start playing.
I have lost count of new player asking me how do I trade with other player or hearing some one asking some one else how do I open the trade window with you.
I will admit the first time I played this game it was about 2012 I asked some one how do I trade.
I have had a break from this game up until xmas.
I started back not expecting dso to have come to there senses and added some sort of trade system.
I expect that the dev's will give all manner of technical reasons why trade can not be implemented. all of it will be nonsense!! The real reasons will be
1: that they believe that they will lose money if players trade items with each other.
2: that a lot of work will need to be done in order to have a trade system that enhances the game and dose not open the door the 1000's of new exploits.
3: many whales have spent huge amounts of money to make sure they always win,
every business company protects its income.
I have been told an insane conspiracy theory that the dso staff are pvp players and they give them selves all the best full set items and spend all there time in the arena pawning players and calling them noob's but that is obviously nonsense, but ridiculous theory's like this will spiral out of control as young players who can not afford to spend 100's of pounds in order to compete with the big spenders become more and more frustrated.

I do not expect trade between player to ever be added, even if that leads to the collapse of this very nice game.

This game model is for players to trade with each other but trade has been taken away and andermant has replaced it.

Like you said, there are alternative games with trading and maybe those are better for you if you feel trading is essential.

How a player controlled market?

DSO wants to make money ( we all do. Nothing wrong there) Why not make a market where the players control it? I would gladly, more or less, use my credit card to buy ander off someone if they was selling the rest of my Keen's set. Or anyone that knows me ingame, I'm an emote wielding, son of a

Those are just a few things for me, personally. I have read many....maaannnyyy posts where players are saying it's been X amount of time and no (whatever item/gear)

A player via player would solve that, PLUS make y'all (DSO) RL cash.

Not to good on details. Maybe exclude the draken items and/or premium stuff.....idk but y'all get the gest of what I mean?

 

I understand the reason why most people do not want trading among the game, but I for one... I think it would still be nice and yes I know that if I don't like the way the game is made, there are plenty more out there for me to play that has my playing styles. I like this game, I'm new... Use to diablo, but I just really like the trading system. It makes things easier for the players, but it may make things a lot harder for the system workers to keep watch of hackers, Exploits.. etc... I just wish there was a better way of getting things, having time trials on the stuff you have like 1 day kinda sucks on my part lol... Why can't there be a different way of getting items, things you want.. godly items.. Besides finding and making it yourself, I think trading would help communicate among the people more... The Chats are always empty it seems like, no one ever talks... Make a trade channel or something.. Also it could keep the system workers busy about making more patches to get away from hackers.. I don't it would be nice is all I'm saying.

 

Imagine a world where dso exists with a trading system. I make a char, lvl it up to 40, buy tons of ander, buy dragan set, best witch set items, and keens/equivalent. Maybe dragonache as well. Then i play to endgame lvl. Boom, i m done, end of the game, been there dont that. Why would i stick around? I have all items i want. Why play events for draken or uniques? When i have (and have done/finished) everything in a game i want, i move on to another game.

 

There is just too many ways to abuse the system especially andermants and draken... But it can be done with the gold easily too. I think you value more really good items when you find them yourself than buy from AH/ 3rd party seller. Let's face AH means a revenue lost to BP big time. Thanks

 

I think that make a ideas about trade and discussion about that option in game is here forbidden. Ppl from BP told a zillion times that option is not possible in DSO and I'm happy with their decision. Trading in game like this is just sick and is reason for black market in real. DSO has bad balance pvp cos Pay To Win and this is enough bad. I don't need at server more rich kids who spent parent's money in game or ppl from others countries where salary are higher that my or prices in game are lower than in my country. You have gems and upgrades for money, you don't need unique just for money not for your hard work in game.
