Add clear chat and enable/disable chat options

    Please add at least one of the options from the header of the post because i have problems with the new function in chat that is allowing player to whisper, invite to group or add as a friend anyone in chat.

    When the chat channel is full of player names the game start to lag too much so everything is slowed down like slow motion or stop motion movie and it is very hard to play then.

    I'm not really good writter and i hope you understand what i ask.
