Admin ban me pvp 8 months FOREVER ALONE

Hello all I have a problem with pvp 8 months ago I was playing in 30-40 5v5 now can not I. I wrote to the support of German Russian and Bulgarian help I not helped me and i'm sad that there are people but I'm BAN by ADMIN. I address you Greg and Haruki I want you to check my acc people can take the dog i'm can't I play 1 game every day wait 4-5 hours (5v5,3v3,6v6). See lvl 20 with Mouna by 6v6.... They were told that would be fine by Patch but nothing. I have a photo and video im Start 15:00 wait 8 hours 21 min pvp ( 3v3,5v5,6v6). I do not believe to fix the problem. I want consolation prize for those 8 months every day wait 4-5 hours FOREVER ALONE

 

If you que up alone people in a group will get picked where as you will not. Try to group up and que for pvp with then. To test if your banned or not que up for 1v1.

 

In group I'm alone In Group or no group will not let me. On 1v1 bear have I did everything I changed my map without items EVERYTNING.

 

@ники.бг Be assured no one can ban you from PvP only, either your account is banned or it is not.
We cannot help you here in the forum, you should contact your language support. If they are unable to solve your issue ask them to forward your case to the higher instances.

How about you level up and play this game the way it's supposed to be played instead of being a crybaby with insane accusations.

Try moving around when que'd That seems to help. Also Try to Que alone as sometimes groups have a hard time getting matches.

Idk for your ban,I dont think so you are banned because this kind of issue.
Anyhow on Grimmag is a serious issue with the waiting time for pvp match on the 50lvl too.
Not only me have this problem,we are waiting 40min-1,5h for a 1 single match.In the group and in solo too.
I would like to know too when will be this solved.
P.S. its reported to the support to the CMs too but I dont think so something willl be happen soon.

 

As stated by @Mal3ficent : we cannot help you here in the forum. You have not been banned from PvP by an admin, because no admin can ban any player from PvP. Either there are very few multi-party PvP matches on offer on your server at your level, or you have been affected by a well-known and acknowledged bug whereby multi-party (mostly 5v5 and 6v6) PvP matches cannot trigger for your character. We reported this to big point mid last year and the number of reported affected players has only grown since then. Resolving this issue is a high priority for Big Point but a resolution is hampered by the simple fact that there is no known way to replicate the triggering of this bug. Your best bet is to contact your own language support team and give them as many details as possible - i.e. when this started happening (after which game update), which of your characters are affected and which are definitely not affected, your OS, how you access DSO (client or browser. If browser, which. Direct via BP portal or via a third party), etc.
