    I didn't complete the quest for the chest when i was under level 20. Can an admin give me the chest ?

    Hi there. Here is the thing: check again your quest compendium but if you didn't take the Flawed Ruby (quest) when you qualified for it then it is all too late now. Sorry to bring bad news.

    Flawed Ruby quest can be only taken up to level 20. If your toon is higher than level 20 you can't take it.
    Also ... it is doable only once per account. If you have already finished it with another toon you can't take it anymore.
