Agathon Log-in Issues

Happening on Agathon. Im not the only one with this problem, i have several friends who are also experiencing this.

Hello @SonOfThor this problem has nothing to do with server you play on.

For "Client version does not match....":

Please clear your cookies, internet cache and your DSOClient temp folder.

You can find the folder in...

User > AppData > Local > Temp> DSOClient

or... Start > Run/Search > write "%temp%" and press "ok" or "enter"> DSOClient folder opens

Simply delete the Data and load the game (this will make loading slow for the first log in after clearing the file)

Are you are using the Thin Client version of the game? If so, and you still receive this error message after doing all the above, please uninstall the Thin Client and re-install it.

Note: some antivirus applications can prevent the thin client from automatically updating/launching successfully.

 

So ive tried to clean my java cache and my client download and i still can;t play the game. When I try to play via browser i get "Command protocols did not match (Error code: 25)" and a similar thing happens when i try to use the client. please help

 

I have the same problem. I cleaned my java cache, cookies, flushed the DNS and deleted the DSO folder but it keeps not making me log in. I deleted the thin client and downloaded again and still nothing. My internet is fine cause I open other websites to check my internet and even watch videos but everything is ok except for this game. I've been playing since Feb of last year and I just experienced this error recently.. Please help.
